I offer online individual psychotherapy for adults located in Colorado and California. Sessions are available in English and French.

How We Might Work Together

My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I draw from somatic therapy, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, parts work, and polyvagal-informed approaches.

This means our work may include exploring your thoughts and emotions, noticing what your body and nervous system are carrying, understanding old protective patterns, and developing more choice in how you respond to yourself, others, and difficult moments.

Therapy is not about forcing you to become someone else. It is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, relate to yourself with more compassion, and move through life with more clarity and steadiness.

I work with adults who are physically located in Colorado or California at the time of session. Online therapy can offer flexibility and continuity, especially if you have a full schedule, travel often, are parenting, live outside a major city, or prefer the privacy of meeting from your own space.
